Terms & conditions

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION:

1. Upon booking a tour with Trolltunga Tours AS, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing their reservation.
2. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking information.
3. All communication regarding bookings will be conducted via email.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 15 years. Younger individuals accompanied by a responsible adult should contact us in advance.
2. Clients must possess a reasonable level of fitness and health to undertake tours, as some routes may involve challenging terrain.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

1. Administration fee of NOK 450 per person is non-refundable for all cancellations.
2. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the tour departure date are eligible for a full refund, excluding a non-refundable administration fee of NOK 450 per person.
3. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks from departure are non-refundable.
4. Trolltunga Tours AS reserves the right to cancel tours if fewer than three people are registered for a particular tour. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund.

LANGUAGE:

1. All communication during tours will be conducted in English.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

1. Clients are required to have valid travel insurance covering personal injury, illness, and trip cancellation.
2. Trolltunga Tours AS accepts no liability for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during tours.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary visas for travel. Trolltunga Tours AS does not provide refunds for tours booked before obtaining a visa or other circumstances preventing attendance due to visa issues.

CLIENT HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Clients with specific health conditions or dietary requirements must inform Trolltunga Tours before departure.
2. Clients requiring special arrangements should notify Trolltunga Tours AS in advance.

BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS:

1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, fellow participants, and the environment.
2. Disruptive behavior, substance abuse, or non-compliance with tour rules may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.

UNFORESEEN INCIDENTS:

1. Trolltunga Tours AS reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.
2. No refunds will be provided for tours affected by unforeseen incidents.

MEETING POINT AND TRANSPORTATION:

1. Clients are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at the specified time.
2. Transportation to and from tour locations is not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified.

1. Bus is owned and operated by Harding Group AS, and only for accomondation guests of Harding Group AS. 
2. All the bus tickets purchased via Trolltunga Tours AS are non-refundable. 
3. We reserve the right to cancel a purchased ticket. Full refund will then be provided. 

By booking a tour with Trolltunga Tours AS, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
